The AFC has officially announced that the home matches of three Iranian teams in the AFC Champions League will be moved to neutral venues.
AFC Elite League
The match between Persepolis (Iran) and Al-Gharafa (Qatar), originally scheduled for November 4, 2024, at 19:30 local time at Shahid Beheshti Stadium in Khuzestan, Iran, will now take place at Al Maktoum Stadium in Dubai, UAE, at 20:00 local time (00:00 Beijing time on November 5).
AFC Second League
The Group A match between Tractor Sazi (Iran) and Kulob (Tajikistan), originally set for November 6, 2024, at 19:30 local time at Yadegar-e Emam Stadium in Urmia, Iran, will now be held at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar, at 19:00 local time (00:00 Beijing time on November 7).
Additionally, the Group C match between Sepahan (Iran) and Sharjah (UAE), originally scheduled for November 5, 2024, at 19:30 local time at Foolad Shahr Stadium in Isfahan, Iran, will now take place at Hamad bin Khalifa Stadium in Doha, Qatar, at 19:00 local time (00:00 Beijing time on November 6).
