Fulham among PL quartet 'eyeing move' for AC Milan attacker
Fulham are reportedly among four Premier League clubs interested in signing AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze.
Milan are believed to be weighing up a potential move for Manchester United's Antony, who could be allowed to leave the Red Devils in the January transfer window.
However, a potential move for Antony may depend on whether Milan can offload Chukwueze when the transfer window opens in the new year.
There is a belief that Milan will step up their interest in the Brazilian if they can create space in the squad by sanctioning Chukwueze's departure.
Fulham among Chukwueze's potential suitors
According to Caught Offside, Fulham are one of four Premier League clubs who are weighing up a potential move for the Nigeria international.
The report claims that Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United also keeping tabs on the 25-year-old attacker.
However, there is a belief that Aston Villa may have the edge over their domestic rivals due to Unai Emery's relationship with the player.
The Aston Villa boss previously worked with Chukwueze during his time as Villarreal head coach, with the pair winning the Europa League and reaching the Champions League semi-finals.
Will Chukwueze leave Milan in January?
Chukwueze is under contract until the summer of 2028 after signing a five-year deal upon his arrival at Milan in July 2023.
However, he may look to gain regular playing time elsewhere, having failed to secure a regular starting spot at the San Siro.
The left-footed winger started just 14 of his 33 competitive appearances in 2023-24, chipping in with three goals and three assists.
Chukwueze has had to settle for just three starts in 10 matches during the current campaign, although he has shown signs of promise in his last two outings.
The former Villarreal man scored the winner in a league game against Udinese, before he provided an assist in a 3-1 Champions League win over Club Brugge.
It ultimately remains to be seen whether Chukwueze can establish himself in Paulo Fonseca's side between now and the January window.
